Some clients prefer one of the options below over the other, so I offer both choices.

Option 1: Per Hour of Work

I charge $27 per hour of work. Proofreading against recording included.

The time and cost to transcribe your recording is determined by length, audio quality and number of people.

As an example, the estimated cost for a clear 60-minute recording with no more than three speakers would be around $108.00.

Option 2: By Audio Minute

This option offers a range of $1.80 to $2.75 per audio minute depending on quality of audio and number of people.

As an example, a 60-minute clear recording with no more than three people is around $108.00.

Standard Turnaround

Standard turaround is 2 to 5 business days depending on project size.
